After a lull in big races, my clients of TWP and Forward Motion are gearing up for some huge races around the globe 🌎 these next few weeks! But for now, I'm so proud of 78-year-old Training With Pezz: client Chris Riopel for using the AG Dash 5k as a workout this past weekend. She finished 38th out of 66 women despite not being prepared to race!!!. She inspires me and others every day to Just.Keep.Running.
Go Chris!! 🏃🏼‍♀️👊👏
