Need to take a second to brag on this guy. This time of year is always crazy. We’re both buried in work, I’m traveling more than ever and then add the holidays on top of it. This man drives an hour and half to work every day to come home, help put MM to bed and then helps cook dinner/clean the house. He’s spent the last three weekends parenting solo while I’ve had to be away. There’s no other person I would rather do this insane, beautiful life with . Mila and I are the luckiest girls in the world to be loved by you .

I have to give a huge shout out to Mama V ( ). Since moving to KY she has really focused on a healthier lifestyle, body and mind and it has been so fun seeing her body move and begin to be happy again! I am proud beyond words! She gets to the gym and works a job where she is on her feet for 8 hours a day. It was a tough start, but her body continues to get better and better ! Huge THANK YOU to Sunny Bayne Fitness for helping her in the gym and making her stronger each day with exercises that work for HER BODY. Getting this video filled me up with ALLLLL the good feels !

Being a student has been my favorite thing for as long as I can remember. Whether I was in the classroom, taking a lesson, or just having an open ear listening to what everyone has to say, I try to learn something from every situation. The excitement that I feel when everything starts to make sense and those light bulbs keep going off is similar to the high of an adrenaline ju**ie jumping off of a cliff. (Call me weird it’s ok 😉)
In the last two years I have fallen in love with nutrition. I have battled with stomach issues for ten years and am constantly tweaking and fine tuning what I eat. I see the negative side effects a poor diet has on someone’s body, mental health and self portrayal. I have also seen what joy people feel when their body feels better, moves in ways it hasn’t in years, and the confidence gained from losing weight , gaining weight, or finally feeling good enough to do things they never had the energy to do.

I am currently working on my certification for science and exercise nutrition and I cannot wait to see what happens from here! It feels good to be a student again! This is just the beginning.
