Guys. March 13th is the new date for the winter awards ceremony. It will be in the auditorium at 6:30. This is for all indoor athletes to attend. Guys wear a shirt and tie and ladies please no blue jeans. Something dressy.

Hey guys. We will not have practice today March 1st due to the weather. Our practice was only going to be an hour long. Next week we should have a clear week. Monday we will meet prep the entire day and ice bath. Tuesday March 5th we have our first meet at Weddington. First event goes off at 3:45.
