New mini series alert: Modification Mondays ♿️💪🏼

Because not every movement works for every body, and that’s okay.💃🏼

Today we’re talking overhead pressing.

showing a 1 arm overhead press, which is amazing for building shoulder strength and pushing power. But if you don’t have full overhead range, or pressing overhead just doesn’t feel good for your body, you’re not stuck.

Instead, try a side raise into a front raise combo, which .adaptfit is demoing!

You’re still training the same muscles used in an overhead press, your shoulders are doing the work…just in a way that meets you where you’re at!!
