If you’ve chatted with Kaitlyn (Katie) at the shop, you already know she brings the best energy to the team. By her own admission, she can be a little wonderfully awkward, but she’s also incredibly funny, creative, and has a massive heart.
When she’s not at Earthly, Kaitlyn is a total curator of cool things. She’s a huge collector (from books and Legos to movies and Pop Mart), a devoted cat mom, and a live music lover who listens to everything from alternative and 2000s pop to classic rap. She loves a good Alfredo pasta, a classic Chipotle run, and has a major travel bucket list—including getting a reiki tattoo in Las Vegas.
For Kaitlyn, the absolute best part of her job is helping people find products they can actually trust. She loves guiding guests through our curated selection, always highlighting Earthly’s strict standards for clean, tested, and high-quality flower and edibles. Right now, her personal favorites are the Rainbow Guava strain, the Erth Wellness Blue Dream gummies, and the Cherry Wyld gummies.
