PPRSC May Newsletter!
Membership:
We’re off to a strong start this season with 258 members already confirmed, including 18 new families joining our community. It’s exciting to see the club buzzing with both familiar faces and new energy.
If you haven’t renewed yet, now is the time. The $50 late fee is currently in effect, and that will increase to $100 starting June 1. Looking ahead, beginning July 1, a $500 reinitiation fee will apply for those rejoining after that date. Secure your spot, avoid additional fees, and make sure you’re part of everything ahead this season.
Reminder: Paid membership is a Greater Charlotte Swim League requirement to be on the swim team. It's not a club rule; It's a league rule. The swim roster must be submitted by May 29, 2026.
Grounds:
A huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers who showed up for the Spring Cleaning Sunday afternoon! It was a great turnout, and we got a lot accomplished! Thank you to all the chainsaw guys, mulch spreaders, painters, heavy lifters, stick collectors and cleaners!
Social:
Miami Vice Adults Only Party- May 16th!

Clubhouse:
The clubhouse is buzzing with activity lately! From yoga and exercise classes to birthday parties and casual get-togethers. And there’s even more on the horizon—with swim team gatherings and summer camp just around the corner, the momentum is only building. It’s great to see the space being enjoyed in so many different ways.
Tennis:
Coach Christian has been working on a great Camp Program for this Summer. Space is limited, so sign up now to reserve your child's spot!
Pool:
Pool Opening Day is Saturday May 23rd! Be on the look out for a Pool Opening specific email regarding Hours, Rules, Member sign in, Guest passes, and how to load your Snack Shack credit.
We have 129 swimmers signed up for Swim Team, Coach Amelia is excited to be entering her first season as head coach. Go piranhas!
