I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I really should write a book called “The Incredible Things I Have Witnessed as a Personal Trainer.”

Today, John Buric, who is 61 years of age, definitely earns his own chapter. I watched him hold a plank for 30 minutes without once touching the floor. 30 MINUTES.

Most of us know how brutal just 60 seconds can be…now imagine doing that 29 more times nonstop.

Buric, that was nothing short of remarkable. Congratulations on achieving something truly incredible.

This Sunday kicks off a new month of Hy-Five Fitness. Your 30 day challenge is all about strengthening the muscle called discipline

Here’s the deal: commit to just 10 minutes of stairs or step ups every day. That’s it.

The stronger you get at showing up for these small daily commitments, the stronger you become at prioritizing your mental and physical health.

5-4-3-2-1... Just do it.

Who’s in for this 30 day commitment?!
