I wanted to talk about this because I see women always starting a new plan, a new workout, always changing their diets, or building new habits without results.
I've been there too, & I know it's so tempting & easy to do. Especially when you don't see any changes.
What I want to say is:
Nothing changes instantly.
Stop chasing quick results & focus long-term. your body will respond over time, not overnight.
Know WHY you're making changes. Blindly adding in supplements or switching without knowing why can be holding you back.
It's not a one and done thing. This is your health and a lifestyle we're building.
How you lose is how you maintain.
