Members will receive an email Unifi for new phone access system. From email, download the App. Then go back to email and click download credentials now. To unlock door, open the App and click icon above Tiger and this will unlock door. I.will be at the gym most of Friday and Saturday and you can stop by and get it squared away.

For next week or so, gym door will be unlocked between 5am and 10pm.

The new space is taking shape. Still work to be done but we will be open at 0500 tomorrow morning and close at 10pm.

Our new access system will be done using your phone. Hope to have it installed by end of week. Until then the doors will be unlocked.

We will close this Sunday at 6pm to transition for the move to new location. Weather permitting, hope to have new space open by Wednesday.

Pleased to announce Coach Jarin Spradley is bringing his Personal Training business, Asgard Training Co, to Tiger Gym. Coach Spradley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the strength and conditioning field.

He is currently the head wrestling coach at Mt Pleasant High School, where he won a state championship in 2021, and a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He also coached football there for many years.

He is available for personal training at Tiger Gym, not just for athletes but for anyone looking to improve their fitness level. More information about him will soon be up on our website,

This post is from William Barnhardt who will be holding these spin classes at Tiger Gym starting this Saturday. It is a fundraiser for Alzheimer's he is doing in memory of his mother. Please come out and support this worthy cause.

In collaboration with Tiger Gym, I will be leading several spin cycling classes in May as part of my training for the Rebecca H Barnhardt Memorial Event for Alzheimer's Association (info below). The first classes will be held this coming Saturday, May 3rd. Two 45 minute classes have been scheduled. The first starting at 10am and the second at 11:30am. Arrival times at the gym should be at least 15 minutes prior to start (9:45am & 11:15 am). These first classes are limited to 6 participants in each class. Brent Plott has graciously agreed to open the gym to allow non-members to participate also. The classes are free, but if you would like to donate, the link is below and donations will be accepted before and following each class. Please contact me by DM or email [email protected] to sign up for either or both class. These classes are for all fitness levels and are a great way to add cardio to your workouts.
