FLOWW offers yoga classes to kids & adults virtually. FLOWW also offers Occupational therapy w/ therapeutic yoga.

The shortest day of the year felt like a reminder—not to do more, but to slow down.
Between the hustle, the noise, and the never-ending to-do list, I took five minutes to breathe, move, and come back to myself.
Nothing fancy. Just enough.
If all you have is five minutes today, let that be enough too.
