I placed an online order to be picked up today at the Walmart on Hwy 70 and about 4 hours before I was to get it I received an email saying they didn't have the turkey I ordered. Fine but it didn't allow me to change and pick something else. So I called and finally after 3 tries and on hold for over 20 minutes I got some kid who sounded like he was stoned. He explained that the coolers were out and they didn't have any meats for sandwiches. After he told me I seemed very aggressive and he could find a manager or supervisor, he told me that he was canceling my order and that I could go to Foodlion or some other store to get my stuff. He hung up and I tried to call back but no one answered. So I called the Walmart Customer Care Center and was eventually transferred to the Ethics Dept. I was hung up on 8 different times and finally got a person to file the complaint. I am posting this on the CEO C. Doug McMillon's page. Maybe someone will take responsibility and hold the very obvious teenager who spoke so disrespectfully to a paying customer.
