My narrative film has a direct connection to Coach Marvin Wood who inspired the film HOOSIERS. His brother, John Wood, coached our dad at Charlestown High School in the mid 1950’s.

Dad played under Coach Case at NCSU.

Justin Taylor, David Mason (NBA trainer), Drew Hanlen (best selling author and #1 basketball skills trainer in the world), and Sam Limon (1st museum visitor from Santa Barbara, California) and Travis Rohrig (MES principal).

Drew spoke to the school staff and basketball teams. They also visited the Hoosiers Gym in Knightstown.

Drew said the gym at Knightstown was great but the museum was unbelievable. They all loved it, and WE were thrilled that they took the time to slip into the museum while they were in town!

My Grandfather Lutz, is one of the Padres who left the gym. (Such a fun little article.) I have lots of photos that tell more of this epic win.

Visit www.Hoosierland.film more info.

Charlestown beat Jeffersonville! (Click on photo to read entire article.)

I love this article…about THREE FATHERS…and THREE PADRES who had to leave, including our Grandfather Lutz.

I have more pictures to share of Coach John Wood’s epic win over Jeffersonville. I think this was the year Charlestown was ranked #10 in the STATE of INDIANA.
