It’s that time of year...New Years Resolutions!Some of the most common involve 2 of my fav things...EXERCISE & DIET! 💪🏼💗🎉😄
It can be easy to start off motivated & strong, but much harder to maintain & statistically most people give up within a few weeks. 😟 My best advice is don’t overdo it on the front end & deprive yourself, take it nice & easy & make it manageable & sustainable! Baby steps! 
Find your WHY! When I was working as a personal trainer this is one of the first things I would discuss w/my clients. You have to have a reason, something to motivate you & push you & make you WANT to stick with the positive changes you made.
BELIEVE in yourself, you CAN do it!💪🏼
A little dietary recommendation...DRINK YOUR GREENS! I make one of the smoothies almost every day: a ton of spinach, plant-based vanilla Protien powder, mixed berries (or really whatever fruit you have on hand works!), almond milk (or a splash of apple juice or little bit of honey for added flavor/sweetness), then add water & ice & BLEND! It’s absolutely delicious!
