The practices, repetitions, tactical work, mistakes, corrections, and lessons are all leading to moments like this.

But this weekend isn’t only about the result.

It’s about seeing our players step onto the field with confidence, discipline, teamwork, and excitement—putting into practice everything they’ve been learning with their coaches.

For some, there will be nerves. For others, pure excitement. 😄 But for everyone, it’s another important step in their development.

Trust your teammates. Trust your coaches. Trust the work you’ve put in.

🧠⚽️ Antes de ejecutar una jugada… hay que entenderla. / Before you play it, you have to understand it.

En Ebenezer FC creemos que el desarrollo de un jugador no puede ser solamente correr, pasar y tirar.

Nuestros profes también dedican tiempo al trabajo teórico y táctico, explicando el WHY detrás de cada ejercicio. 👀⚽️

¿Por qué me muevo hacia este espacio?
¿Por qué paso y después me desmarco?
¿Dónde debo posicionarme cuando mi equipo tiene la pelota?
¿Y cuando la perdemos?

Because when a player understands WHY, it’s much easier to execute the HOW. 🧠➡️⚽️

Desde nuestros U8, y progresivamente en U10 y U12, vamos introduciendo conceptos tácticos de acuerdo con su edad. No se trata de llenar a los niños de información, sino de darles pequeñas herramientas que les permitan leer el juego, tomar mejores decisiones y entender lo que el coach les está pidiendo dentro de la cancha.

El entrenamiento práctico desarrolla la habilidad.

Understanding the game develops the PLAYER. 🔥

Poco a poco. Edad por edad. Concepto por concepto.

Porque nuestro objetivo no es simplemente enseñarles qué hacer…

Queremos que también aprendan por qué lo están haciendo. 💙⚽️

🧤⚽ El trabajo de un arquero…

Desde afuera se ve una atajada.
Desde adentro hay repetición, técnica, concentración, disciplina y mucho trabajo.

Este ejercicio es intenso porque buscamos llevar al arquero a tomar decisiones y ejecutar técnicamente cuando el cuerpo ya está cansado. Ahí es donde realmente se construyen buenos hábitos. 💪

Ser arquero no es solamente lanzarse y detener balones. Es aprender a posicionarse, reaccionar, levantarse rápido, volver a estar listo y competir en cada acción.

🔥 Una atajada puede durar un segundo… pero detrás de ese segundo hay cientos de repeticiones que nadie vio.

Seguimos trabajando. Seguimos formando arqueros. 🧤⚽

⚽️💙 Esto es mucho más que aprender a jugar fútbol.

Mira estos highlights… niños entrenando, jugando, riendo, haciendo amigos, mientras nuestros coaches están ahí para enseñar, corregir, motivar y acompañarlos.

Y justamente de eso se trata. 🙌

Como padres, queremos que nuestros hijos tengan un espacio donde puedan disfrutar, pero también donde aprendan a seguir instrucciones, respetar a sus compañeros, trabajar en equipo, crear amistades y desarrollar confianza en sí mismos.

El fútbol puede darles todo eso. ⚽️

Aquí pueden correr, competir, equivocarse, volver a intentarlo y simplemente ser niños, pero dentro de un ambiente con estructura y personas comprometidas con su crecimiento.

Porque quizás dentro de unos años no recuerden el resultado de un partido o cuántos goles hicieron…

Pero sí recordarán los amigos que hicieron, el coach que creyó en ellos y lo mucho que disfrutaban venir a jugar. 💙
