One of the most common questions.
"Why the scale fluctuates day to day or is higher one week and lower the next" ⁣

It is normal for the scale to fluctuate day to day. There may be days that the scale increases and days that the scale drops and there may even be days (or weeks) that the scale doesn’t change at all. ⁣

There are several factors that could be affecting the scale such as:⁣

✨Stress⁣
✨Lack of sleep⁣
✨Lifted heavy the day before⁣
✨Approaching or on your mensural cycle⁣
✨Water intake⁣
✨if you gone to the bathroom yet⁣
Etc.⁣

But don't stress over the number. It doesn't always reflect fat gain or loss. You might be building muscle, which offsets fat loss on the scale.

Remember, the scale is just one tool.
⁣It is only one tool that is used to measure progress and should not carry the “weight” (😉) of your success. ⁣

It's important to remember that what we see on Instagram is often just a highlight reel.

People share their best photos, often in the "perfect" pose or after some editing.

You might find comparing yourself to someone who's been on their fitness journey for years, while you're just starting out.

But here's the truth: You are a work in progress, and you're perfect just as you are, every step of the way.

Avoid comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else's highlight reel.

The secret is Consistency.

You need to stay consistent with every aspect of your health journey: your training, nutrition, sleep, stress management, hydration, supplements, mindset, and more.

But here's the thing: consistency doesn't mean perfection. Aim for 80% consistency because life happens. What matters is that you stay as consistent as possible to see real results.

My advice? Start small. Focus on being consistent with one thing first. Once you've built that habit and achieved consistency, add in another element.

For example, begin with your training. Make sure you complete all your workouts for a few weeks. Once you've mastered that, shift your focus to consistent nutrition. Then, tackle hydration, stress management, and so on.

Choose at least one thing you commit to staying consistent with for the rest of the week.
