WVU Medicine is once again supporting our student-athletes with FREE Sports Physicals and a Community Health Fest this June! Families are invited to take this opportunity to get students ready for the upcoming sports season at no cost.
📅 June 15 & 16, 2026 🕠 5:30–8:00 p.m.
📍 Monday, June 15 – Washington High School (Enter through the cafeteria)
📍 Tuesday, June 16 – Jefferson High School (Enter through the gym lobby)
Registration will be located in the cafeteria at WHS and the gym at JHS. Students must bring completed forms signed by a parent/guardian to receive a physical. The Jefferson County Health Department will also be on-site, offering immunizations.
📞 Pre-registration is required only for immunizations (not for physicals). Call 304-728-8416 to schedule.
