SO excited to announce RECESS ON THE FARM!
I've partnered with Cool Creek Farm for what will be a return to balance, joy, and the playful side of being human. Through outdoor play, and mindful moments, you can restore balance and nurture your spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well-being in the serene beauty of the farm.

I saw this image and thought of what I envision for Recess. I’ll admit, from a teaching background, I realize that structure and time management never leaves you but Recess is very different. It is a space in which to grow and to open to new experiences, (some familiar) but with an encouraging and welcoming feel from those around us, all seeking connection and a place to simply be ourselves.

Hi. As we seek to find our own little slice of joy and connection, next week begins our one hour of play, gentle movement (even coloring books!) in a space that's low-key, welcoming and non-judgmental. A break.. a breather. Just what we all deserve.. 🙂
