Welcome to RMBO Athletics! My name is Shane Benham, or Rambo, as some may call me.
After witnessing my father's massive heart attack in 2005, I decided to change my life around. I stood around 250lbs at only 6ft tall. I was big into sports growing up but lacked the discipline to get fit and stay fit. With the help of a few individuals and consistency, I was able to drop the weight, build lean muscle, and find a passion I love. 15 years later, after a few jobs, joining the army, meeting the woman of my dreams, and gaining great clients, I have built the necessary tools to help people achieve their goals!
