Southern Pennsylvania Football Officiating Association Promote, strengthen and enhance the welfare of the game of Football, its’ players and officials, the ideals of good sportsmanship, and spirit of fairplay.

To promote, strengthen and enhance the welfare of the game of Football, its’ players and officials. To provide a forum for the exchange of information, ideas, techniques, procedures and needs for the best possible training of officials. To establish, maintain and promote the highest ideals of good sportsmanship by encouraging the spirit of fair play in connection with the game of Football. To develop among all football officials a thorough understanding of the rules of the game as officially adopted by the National Federation of State High School Associations.
