The Wagaman Racing Team has generously donated and additional $100.00 towards the Rita's Ralley random drawing of three drivers who have attended all races during the month of August.

There will be NO drawing now, as only four drivers were eligible for the drawing but with The Wagaman Racing Team's donation of $100 ALL four drivers eligible will now be awarded instead of only three.

RITA'S RALLY COMES TO A CLOSE AT WI******ER SPEEDWAY THIS PAST SATURDAY NIGHT

The Rita's Rally promotion for the entire month of August came to a close this past weekend. All drivers had the opportunity to try and earn points by attending all East Coast Legend Series scheduled races for the month of August. The top 5 in total points earned at all tracks during August would be awarded the following:

Most Points Earned- $500
2- $250
3- $125
4- $75
5- $50

The FOLLOWING drivers have been awarded:

Most Points Earned- Logan Jones 459
2- Owen Wagaman (R) 435
3- KJ Massey (R) 428
4- Jeremy Ott 427
5- Blake Nalley (R) 425

(R)- Denotes Rookie Driver

In addition to the above Rita's will also be drawing a total of three drivers in a random draw who attended all races during the month of August.
Each will be awarded $100 each!!

There were a total of four drivers who raced all races during the month of August.

OTT GRABS ANOTHER FEATURE WIN AT THE 3/8 MILE ACTION TRACK AT WI******ER SPEEDWAY

Jeremy Ott earned his 13th Series win this past weekend at Wi******er Speedway and his 5th overall win at the Action Track for the 2026 season. A total of 23 cars signed-in for the night to do battle. Heat races were won by Devin Friese, Jeremy Ott and Bill Diehl. No consolation race would be needed.

The front row of the feature would be Bill Diehl and Devin Friese. Friese would take the lead quickly and third place starter Jeremy Ott would take second from Bill Diehl. However, on the second lap Friese’s car would suffer a suspension failure and crash hard, which would bring out a red flag. Thankfully Friese was uninjured during the crash. Ott would now inherit the lead and be able to hold-off a strong running Logan Jones through several restarts to take the victory. Bill Diehl would round-out the top 3.

The Wi******er Legends Track Championship would be won by Michael Mohelski for the second year in a row.

The Series returns to BAPS Motor Speedway this Saturday night.

HOUDESHELL TAKES THE VICTORY AT LINDA’S SPEEDWAY FRIDAY NIGHT WHILE OTT SCORES WIN #13 AT PATH VALLEY SATURDAY

The Series took-on another doubleheader this past weekend beginning with Linda’s Speedway Friday night and Path Valley Speedway Saturday night. There were a total of 20 cars signed-in at Linda’s on Friday night to do battle. All cars would start the feature event with no consolation race being needed.

Scott Houdeshell would share the front row with Scott Musselman for the feature. Houdeshell would take the lead and cruise to a convincing win with Tyler Rampmeyer finishing second and Justin Wagaman rounding-out the top three.

Saturday night the Series would tackle the 1/4 mile bullring in Spring Run. A total of 35 cars would be signed-in to compete. With storms and rain quickly moving into the area for the night the choice was made to run timed hot laps and features only. Logan Jones and Devin Friese would share the front row for the feature event. Jones would take the early lead until lap 6 when fourth starter Jeremy Ott would move into first place. Ott and Jones would race side by side for several laps with Ott running the high line and Jones working the bottom groove. Ott would eventually put distance between him and Jones and cruise to victory lane with his 13th win of the season. Lincoln Kearchner would take third place for the night.

The Series returns to Wi******er Speedway this Saturday to round-out the month of August.

MCCOLLUM SCORES THE VICTORY AT WI******ER SPEEDWAYS ACTION TRACK

This past Saturday night the East Coast Legend Series traveled to the Action Track in Wi******er Virginia to do battle on the 3/8th mile dirt oval.

A total of 29 cars signed-in to compete Saturday night with a total of four heat races being held. The winners of the heat races on the night were Kelby Friese, Alex McCollum, Jeremy Ott and Quinten Adams. There would be no consolation race, as all competitors would transfer to the feature later that night.

Starting on the front row would be Kelby Friese P1 and Alex McCollum P2. With a full field behind them they would take the green and the side-by-side racing action would begin.
McCollum would jump to the lead and secure a steady gap between him and the rest of the field. However, after a restart McCollum would find Jeremy Ott right behind him trying to take away that number one position.

McCollum maintained a safe distance from Ott as the laps wound down with Ott trying to duck to McCollum's underside on the final straightaway, but could not pull-off the winning pass leaving McCollum the winner on the night. Rounding out positions 3-5 would be Kelby Friese, Steven Partin and Quinten Adams.

The Series will be back in action this coming weekend with a doubleheader on-tap starting with Linda's Speedway Friday night and Path Valley Speedway Saturday night.
