Attention 14U/12U/10U Softball Players!!!

To All Prospective 12U Bigbie’s Softball Players and Families,

We want to make sure that we provide all of the information as clearly as possible about the upcoming tryouts. Due to the high interest in our program, we will have 3 12U Teams for the 2026 season (to include 2025 fall)!

Below is a summary of the teams, locations and tryout dates. We encourage you to tryout for more than one regardless of which end of the 12U age your player resides (note, all 12U Players MUST be 12 or less as of August 31st)!

12U – Coach Bobby Clark (Queen Anne's Based)
TRYOUTS – Queen Annes High School – July 26th – 9:00am – 11:00am (makeup tryouts available upon request). This team will be primarily 2031 graduates, but may add some class of 2032

12U – Coach Bob Pylant (Queen Anne's/Caroline Based)
TRYOUTS – Queen Annes High School – July 29th and July 31st – 6:00pm – 8:00pm. This team will be primarily be 2032 graduates, but may take some class of 2031

12U – Coach JD Dickerson (Dorchester County Based)
TRYOUTS – Already Complete. If you need a separate tryout, please let us know

Because of significant interest in the 14U age group we will now be holding a separate tryout. Stand by for the date

In addition, we are still looking for a head coach for our 10u team. Please reach out to us if you are interested.

Today we shout out our travel girls that not only took on a travel team for their first year but also commited to little league!

Long days, early mornings, late nights, sometimes rushing from one field to the next and still show up with a smile on their face and ready to put in the work.

Pictured from left to right Avery K, Jaycee A, Alayna B, Harper C, Kenzie H, Harper M, and Riley P were all selected from three neighboring counties to represent their team in All Stars.

We are so proud of these girls and lucky to have them apart of the Lady Blacksox family.

Today we celebrate YOU, dads.

From early morning tournaments, to late night practices, we thank YOU for being our loudest cheerleaders (besides the mamas). The ultimate dugout supporters. Our biggest critics. Your dedication, love and wagon pulling skills don’t go unnoticed.

⭐️ athlete shout out ⭐️ goes to Ms Addison.

Not only does she work hard on the field she works just as hard off of it too!

Recently she competed in the 4H Hippology and horse judging competition in which she placed 1st overall in the MD division junior team! Addison had to study on her own for this as practices and meetings were held the same night as softball.

She also received the character counts award of the year for citizenship at school for the second year in a row. AND she was recognized for her reading skills!

She is crushing it and we are so happy to have her apart of our team!
