Very excited to be partnering with Mike Bruno and Devil’s Bowl Speedway this year!

Growing up going to the races in my backyard, this place has always meant a lot to me. Being able to now give back by supporting drivers—and the athletes behind them—with mindset training is truly special.

Honored to be part of something that holds such a strong place in my heart. Looking forward to an incredible race season!

I’ve been working a lot with athletes in our Next Play program on handling their nervousness before games. “Coach I get so nervous before games etc”. The discussions have been about “EMBRACING” the nervousness! Being nervous is a signal or trigger of passion for what you love to do or a challenge in front of you that you want to conquer! Embrace the challenge of nervousness and use it as a sign getting to do what you love to do or want to achieve! The feedback has been very good using this trigger word for them! Embrace it!
