Mohican 100. Where do I begin. My heart is so full from the amount of support that I have received from family and friends over the past few days, and honestly it’s taken me awhile to put everything into words.
First off I’d like to thank my Mom and Dad for always being there and supporting me in everything that I do.
I want to say thank you to everyone for sacrificing their weekend, sleep and energy to support me in this crazy effort.
Mike, thank you for being my crew chief, and making decisions/adjustments that I had no ability to make. Also yes, I was just out there vlogging.
Laura & Katie, thank you for making sure I was mentally/physically all there (lol), that I had what I needed, and for changing my socks. Katie I wish we could of gotten a little delulu on that last lap together. And Laura remember that first half we did, where I said I could do it all day… welp we did.
Johnny, I couldn’t have done that third lap without you. From making trekking poles on the go, sacrificing your sock so I could move better, to making jokes at the aid station that “I’m just a farmer who doesn’t do sports.” We did our best to “stay with it.”
Timmy, seeing you at Firetower was a boost mentally that I didn’t know I needed. And what awesome trekking poles I have now!
Jacob, Chris & Anna, thank you for your continued support, it means more than you will ever know.
And to all my friends/family members that helped me get through some tough long runs, or checked in. I couldn’t have done it without you. 🫶
Yes, it wasn’t the effort that I was expecting, but I wouldn’t change the outcome for anything.
Until next time Mohican ⛰️🏃♀️
