One of the biggest lessons I’m learning as a personal trainer: business over friendship.

Many people will tell you they support your journey, but I’ve learned that support is shown through actions, not just words. Giving away free sessions as a thank-you sometimes attracts people who enjoy the free service but don’t truly value the work, knowledge, and dedication that go into helping others reach their goals.

I’ve learned that my time, energy, and expertise have value, and it’s important to set boundaries and treat my passion like the business it is.

That said, I want to give a huge THANK YOU to those who have genuinely supported me, trusted me with their fitness journey, invested in themselves, and allowed me to be a part of helping them reach their goals. Your belief in me and my business means more than you know, and I appreciate every one of you.

Every lesson is part of the journey, and I’m grateful for both the supporters and the lessons learned along the way. 💪🏽❤️
