I put my back on this grandfather redwood tree
Recently our grandpa transitioned
it felt like I was putting my back on much more than a tree

I asked if he had anything to say
He thanked me for my flowers
And reminded me that I gave him “forget me nots”

I told him we would never forget
we must never forget this old grove

Then he said so quickly I almost missed it :

Pray for the water
Ask for forgiveness
Drop the branches that aren’t beneficial to the root

I have much more stuff to share , but what a perfect way to recharge : salt water , rose quartz, heart medicine, spring water , nature , ocean.

It becomes more and more clear with every step - even though there will always be fog (which is hydrating for trees, too!) that the common thread is more common than we realize 🌊 🐋

20 affirmations for this new moon in Ta**us, even if just a few more of us repeated them out loud - wrote them - believed them … who knows what would happen!!!! I believe magic would happen. 😍🤍🌸

you are able to alchemize really hard things into really beautiful things , but usually it involves something blue - green - or salty :)

I don’t know if you’ve noticed , but I have been wearing nothing but for the last couple weeks and I am obsessed.

It is so soft (no scratch) , temperature regulating , and did you know that wool is cited as having a high vibrational frequency of approximately 5,000 Hz ?!?

Versus most clothes, which is 0 hz. And filled with plastic. And unsustainable.

Before I came back to the redwoods this song came through - What a gift to sing it one last time in the temple to close out two weeks of incredible retreats

Now I just need to add rap and a melody and we will have our new theme song for 😍
