Our volleyball program is thrilled to celebrate Addi as she takes the next big step in her journey! After years of hard work, dedication, and countless unforgettable moments on the volleyball court, Addie has officially committed to continue her academic and athletic career at Dominican University in New York.
I still remember the first time Addi walked into the gym. She caught my attention immediately-6'2", right-handed middle hitter, but with left-handed footwork. It was clear from that moment she was something special. With her unique style, relentless work ethic, and determination, she quickly turned that potential into an undeniable force on the court. Addi is a true testament to hard work pays off, always putting in extra time and effort. This season alone, Addi tallied an impressive 70 blocks.
Over the past two years on Varsity, she has grown into a dominant player, boasting an attack percentage of 0.330, the highest of any teammate this season. She was just awarded our Best Offense Award for this season. And most recently, she has earned well-deserved recognition, making First Team All-Region. Additionally, Addi was recognized by the American Volleyball Coaches Association, as an All-Academic player for this year, with a gpa over 3.5. Addi also has an incredible singing voice and we were honored to have her sing the national anthem for us this season. Thank you for sharing that with us.
Addi, your leadership, passion, and drive have inspired your teammates and coaches alike. We can't wait to see all the incredible things you will achieve at the next level.
