Hi Everyone.
Happy Labor Day.
The following schedule is back in place beginning tomorrow (Tuesday) at Elliot Park Pavilion:
Tuesday 6-7 and toning 7-7:30
Thursday 6-7 and toning -7:30
Saturday 9-10 and toning 10-10:30

The following week I will add back in the Tuesday at 3:15. It is my first day back to school tomorrow and it will be too hectic for me to go all day/night. Gotta ease into it.... Looking forward to seeing all of you.

I AM STILL OFFERING THE VIRTUAL OPTION FOR ALL CLASSES.
