Making Strydz I am a personal trainer helping people become the best version of themselves, one stryd at a time. Your success is my goal!

Knowledge and Experience:

With a certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), the top accrediting organization, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
