Always have one adult with their eyes on the kids in the pool! Designate a WATER WATCHER! They are children! At any moment they could decide to get in the water! This little guy is getting more confident by the day and he almost left the wall without asking an adult. Thankfully he made the right choice and both adults were watching! 👀

And now he's jumping!

He's decided that floating is ok! Each summer you bring a different child to the pool. Each year between summers children grow and learn and forget all at tge same time. The summer C**t was 1 he floated. This summer he decided that he wasn't going to float. We've been patient and reviewing all of our skills to stay safe in the water and today was the day HE decided floating was OK 👍 Good job C**t!

Working on breath control getting toys underwater!

Now that he's becoming more comfortable with his face in the water, we are working on breath control and getting toys underwater!

Just last week he wouldn't willingly put his head under water. We've been patiently waiting, introducing skills leading by example and the light bulb came on today! He then asked to dinosaur jump, asked to swim to the wall and so much more!
