ℍ𝔸ℙℙ𝕐 ℕ𝔼𝕎 𝕐𝔼𝔸ℝ!
A few days late here for posting, but I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you that put your trust in me to not only help you reach your goals, but most importantly create some amazing daily habits that will last a lifetime! Whether you trained with me in person, group class or online I loved working with you all!!
Making a change in my life over a decade ago, being coached by some pretty amazing coaches over the years and learning through my own trial and error when it came to creating a healthy balance of fitness and fun led me to establish some pretty cool techniques and habits on how to help you all learn to love and build a strong, powerful body!!
Once of my favorite things over this past year was hearing WINS from all you ladies... anything from:
"Wow, I can actually run up the stairs"
"This week the walking lunges weren't that bad"
"I was able to pick up my 55 pound grandson"
"I made it to the gym all 3 days this week"
"I was able to walk around the mall without a cane"
"I went up 10 pounds in that lift"
"I got over 8000 steps everyday this month"
"Thank god for all those squats, it has made my recovery from surgery easier"
Those are just a few of the many wins I heard this past year and each one of them made me so happy. It's not about a number on a scale... it is about living life as healthy as you can!!
That's the real flex!! So proud of each and everyone of you for diving in and working on yourself this past year. Thank you for trusting me and letting me help guide you to a healthier you!!
With that being said, I wanted to give a heads up that I am going to be out and absent for a couple of months, but when I return, I am excited to get to work with you all again!!
