There is certainly something awesome going on in the pool, but there's something equally important in the background… see it? There are two fences: one for the pool and one for the lake. Physical barriers like self-latching gates with fences aren't 100% effective, but they're hugely important. To rest and breathe on your back in the water until help arrives, you have to be able to get there. The first thing little ones learn to do in ISR lessons is to float on their backs. Once they can float, their ISR Instructor gently guides them through what it takes to rollover and get to their newly learned float until they can do it all by themselves... eventually while fully clothed.
