🎉 TMSA 2025–2026 Kickoff: A Celebration of Unity, Inspiration & Purpose! 🎉

The energy was high and the spirit of collaboration even higher as TMSA staff from across North Carolina came together for an unforgettable start to the school year!

🌟 TMSA Superintendent Ben Karaduman kicked off the event welcoming all staff members and reminding the goals for this year.

🌟 Bruce Friend Chair of the NC Charter Schools Review Board (CSRB), set the tone with a powerful keynote on leadership, growth, and the future of charter education in our state.

🎤 Ernesto Mejia from CoolSpeak lit up the room with his passionate, interactive address that reminded every educator of their why — leaving hearts full and minds recharged.

🤝 Staff connected across campuses in Synergy Sessions, brainstorming, collaborating, and aligning our shared vision for excellence.

🍽️ From great food to even greater conversations, our teams enjoyed quality time getting to know their colleagues and building relationships that will carry us through a successful school year.
