1st Ever 💣 Avery Christine showed up and showed out this morning helping her team by scoring 3 runs with her first career home run. Then hitting a double in her 2nd at bat. We have a blast at our lessons each week, but we put in the work. Truly blessed to get to share these moments with hard working dedicated athletes. Great job Avery and keep FLEXing. To God be the Glory

To get the video of a young lady that has been in a small slump, as far as home runs go. She's been with me a few weeks now, and has gotten out of her slump and hit an easy 💣 with great power and ease. Way to FLEX Brilee. Jr. @ Beckville HS

Through the years of coaching and getting it right and wrong. When I get the updates from players that are improving and their teams notice it, thats what its about. This young lady has only been with me a few weeks working her tail off, and is making strides. I love that the jersey they wear doesnt matter, but the growth. I thank God for allowing me a ministry like being a hitting coach to be a small part of players an their families lives to poor into them. Great job Hadley and keep FLEXing.

Had to make a bragging post on a player that is part of the hitting program at ETX FLEX. Kate is a baller playing for Bombers Dodson 10U who had a ITP Homer in the semifinal game that was absolute missile to right center. We have been working really hard on slash hitting, and she nailed it. Way to FLEX KD and keep working girl.
