If you’ve been around Cartersville, you already know Ashley. She’s been behind the desk cheering you on, learning your names, answering your questions, and helping make this place feel like home. Now, she’s stepping into a new role to help lead and support our incredible BA team! 👏🏻 👏🏻
Ashley brings so much heart, initiative, and genuine care for our members and our team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her stepping into this next chapter of leadership. 💙
Don’t worry, she’s not disappearing from the desk! You’ll still catch her at those early morning camps, so when you see her, give her a high five and a BIG congratulations!

👏🏼TRANSFORMATION STORY👏🏼

At the beginning of 2025 I decided I wanted to change because I didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror. I was drowning in motherhood and being a caretaker for my grandfather. I started walking everyday and tracking my food, but honestly it was boring, slow and didn’t challenge me. I kept starting and stopping and not getting anywhere. It wasn’t enough.

I joined Burn in June of 2025 and haven’t looked back. I set goals and have achieved far beyond what I ever thought my body was capable of. I am the strongest, happiest, most active and disciplined I have ever been. Burn hasn’t only changed my physical health, but the 45 minutes I get on the floating floor has been wonderful for my mental health as well. I get to focus on just myself for a little while and I didn’t know how much I really needed that to fill my cup.

I have lost weight but have gained so much more. Burn has given me the consistency and accountability I couldn’t create on my own, and the best community and set of trainers. I am always challenged no matter the protocol and always have support no matter the season of life I am in. This community has become family, and has made choosing to take care of myself such an easy choice and one I will never regret.
