🍁Big girls were off their diets today! Several in the low to mid 40’s with a 47 being the biggest. Boss Shad King Pin caught the majority of the fish today. Still have several October dates available and a handful in November if you want in on the action! 🍁 Tight lines everyone 🎣

🍁🍂Fall Bite Windows🍂🍁

Had the pleasure of fishing with Mr Joe a couple days ago. We caught zero fish for the first 5 hours then a window opened and the musky were chompin!!
The next 3 hours were crazy!

In the fall you find bait ,find fish and trust your gut instincts. Eventually the bite window will open!

Mr. Six2noon himself hopped on my boat and put on a fall Musky catching clinic this week. Beautiful overcast pre frontal day had the fish snapping! Tyler makes some awesome baits and leaders and is always willing to donate baits to events and club banquets. Always try to support the local bait builders that support our local fishing community. Nice fishing with ya young man.

Not my typical Musky post and not from Ohio but these fish are too badass not to share! Took my youngest son north to the St Claire River and was lucky enough to boat a few Sturgeon. What an amazing species! Thankfully for future generations our ODNR has been stocking Sturgeon in Ohio for several years now. Hopefully we will have our own fishable population someday. Musky are still my favorite but Sturgeon are running a close second!! 😂🎣

Gotta love pre-frontal fishing! My buddy Dave Bushway laid the smack down on some nice Ohio Musky just before the storms hit. Angry Dragons were the bait of choice today.

Nice day on the water with Mr.Warren. He went 3/3 with a couple low to mid 40’s. It’s days like these that I feel truly blessed in my life. Mr Warren had a potential life threatening emergency a couple weeks ago and only a few days after being cleared to fish he was on the water chasing Musky. Just a reminder of what’s really important in life! It was absolutely my pleasure to help him be successful on this trip.

Another epic trip!! Had the pleasure of fishing with Collin and his son a couple days ago. They went 13 for 15! His son is only 5 years old and throws a full sized Baitcaster as good as any adult. This kid threw spinnerbaits,tubes,chatterbaits and was working an El Tail as good as anyone. Very impressive! Musky love these cold summertime nights that drop the water temps back down to the mid 70’s. Had an awesome time fishing with you guys!

** I only booked 2 days last week because the water temps dropped to safe levels. If you would like to be put on my “on call “ list for the next unexpected cool down shoot me a message. Just a few pics from the recent cool down. Sure was nice to put a few in the net. It’s been awhile. Did a little casting,trolling and jigging.
Casting:
10” Poseidon , regular Dussa
Trolling:
Slammer baits, Boss Shad and tuff shad
Jigging: 7oz original Bondi and Royal Orba.

** Still have dates available in September,October. Just a handful left in November.**
