A common question I hear from clients when they sign up with me 💁🏼♀️⠀

While copious amounts of protein powder shouldn’t make up the bulk of the protein in your diet (eat mostly whole, less processed foods! 🥩 🥚 🍗🌱), I DO think a protein supplement 1-2 x a day is totally acceptable AND helps a LOT of my clients hit their daily protein needs. ⠀

It’s also great for those of you who are “on-the-go” & might not have time for a full meal 1-2 times during the day. It allows you to get in a bunch of nutrients very easily because you can also throw in fruits & veggies to make it a “Super Shake”. ⠀

I have tried a BUNCH of different protein powders, but only a few have stuck out to me in terms of QUALITY & TASTE. ‘s Grass Fed Whey is FANTASTIC. Coach Ashlee-approved 👌⠀

First off, it is 𝙉𝙎𝙁 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙, which is HUGE. Why? “Each batch is tested for accuracy of ingredients and screened to ensure there are no levels of contaminants, masking agents or banned substances” (that is straight from their website!). This is especially important for athletes! It has 2.5G of Leucine per serving, which is an important building block that triggers muscle growth (a lot of protein powders don’t give you this info 😬). It has NO sucralose (if you have tummy issues from sucralose in other powders, this is good news for you!). There’s no added hormones, it’s soy free, all natural, & gluten free. ⠀
