Fenstermacher Memorial Golf Tournament is a project of the Foundation for Enhancing Communities, fiscal support. Thanks to everyone for "liking" our page. We are remembering John Fenstermacher by celebrating his life and trying to save others by hosting an annual golf tournament in his memory, benefiting oral cancer research. 100 % of the proceeds will go to Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, Di
vision of Head and Neck Cancer Institute, led by Dr. Goldenberg, to further his research on this specific type of cancer. The golf tournament will be held May 21st, 2022 at Mayapple Golf Course in Carlisle, PA. The golf tournament will be followed by a dinner at the golf course, also benefiting Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute. Our hope is that each year we will raise enough money to put towards a research endowment in my dad's name that will eventually begin to build interest and will continue to provide Penn State with funds to continue their research on oral cancer. Bronze sponsor- $200 donation
-This sponsorship includes one greens fee, your name in the golf tournament program, and a sign at the hole you sponsor displaying your name. Silver sponsor- $500 donation
- This sponsorship level includes two greens fees, your name in the golf tournament program, a sign at the hole you sponsor, and one dozen golf balls. Platinum sponsor- $1,000 donation
- This sponsorship level includes four greens fees, your name in the golf tournament program, a sign at the the hole you sponsor displaying your name, and two dozen golf balls. Corporate sponsor- $2,000 donation
- This sponsorship level includes eight greens fees, your name in the golf tournament program as the lead sponsor, a sign at the hole you sponsor with your name, four dozen golf balls, and a sign at the event displaying you as the lead sponsor. sponsor
- If you donate food, beverages, prizes, etc. you will be recognized in the golf tournament program. Tournament Play- $90 (includes dinner, door prizes, snacks, and more!)
Dinner only- $25
