Nordic leg curls are an incredibly difficult hamstring exercise.

Done correctly, and they will make your hamstrings and knees stronger than you can imagine.

Grady, a Mechanicsburg High School senior & Frostburg State commit, is performing Nordics on a 25 degree incline which makes the movement slightly easier.

The hardest variation would be bench completely flat to the floor. This is what we are working on progression towards. 📈

I’m ready to watch Grady on the diamond this year ⚾️

LATERAL BAND WALKS 🚶

🔑 Key Points

• Feet a little wider than shoulder width
• Take small/strong steps
• Maintain the distance between your feet as you step (NEVER CLOSER THAN STARTING DISTANCE)
• Keep toes facing forward

🚫 DONT’S

• Drag your feet
• Flare toes
• Take uneven steps

When done correctly, these will BURN 🔥 if you’re not feeling it in your hips, recheck your form or add a heavier band!
