Sophomore Garrett Hall was named 2nd Team All-Ohio in DIV VI Baseball after helping lead the Blue Devils to a (22-4) season and #7 ranking in DIV VI Ohio Baseball.

Hall was (10-1) with a 1.17 ERA and struck out 57 hitters in 66 innings of work. In two seasons he has a career record of (16-1)!
At the plate Hall led the Blue Devils in Batting Average at .381 and RBI with 25.

Junior David Hall was named Honorable Mention All-Ohio in DIV VI Baseball after helping lead the Blue Devils to the Northern 10 Championship with a (13-1) record.

Hall hit .364 with 2 HR and 24 RBI and 7 doubles ... On the mound he was (3-0) with a save and struck out 32 hitters in 23 innings of work while posting a 1.83 ERA for the Blue Devils.

Legacy!

Carey Baseball Past and Present

With the Hall brothers earning All-Ohio Baseball honors this past season they join their father David who also was an All-Ohio baseball player at Carey High School.

David was a two-time 1st Team All-Ohio Player who was named the DIV IV Player of the year after striking out 125 hitters in 63 innings of work while hitting 529 with 9 Home Runs for the Devils back in 2004!

Great Job to the Hall Family and a proud moment!

Not the ending we wanted, but it was a amazing season!

Tough way to end the season today after an outstanding year from the Blue Devils. Carey drops an 8-7 District Semi-Final game to Seneca East as the Blue Devils finish the season with a overall record of (22-4)!
The 2026 senior class finished their career with 66 overall wins in four seasons which is the most of any class at CHS.

Louis Watkins led Carey today with a 1B-2B and 2-RBI, while Dash Puckett delivered a triple and Benson Kloepfer added a double. Garrett Hall (10-1) pitched a complete game giving up 2 earned runs and recorded 7 strikeouts as he took the loss.
