4 things your doctor probably didn't tell you about lifting after 60.
1. Losing muscle every year after 60 is common — it is not normal. It is untreated.
2. Heavier weight at lower reps is usually easier on the joints than light weight for high reps.
3. Balance work prevents more hospital visits than cardio ever will.
