It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Maureen, one of the true matriarchs of our gym family.

Maureen embodied strength, resilience, and compassion. Whether she was encouraging others during a workout, sharing a smile, or showing off her signature snazzy style, she brought a special energy that made our community stronger.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. While her presence will no longer fill the room, her spirit will always remain a part of our gym. There will forever be a seat waiting for her on one of our bikes and a place for her in our hearts.

Rest easy, Maureen. Thank you for being such an important part of our family.🫶🏻🩵

💥PSA! Paving of the parking lot!💥

We’re almost there!
Starting Monday May 5th- May 9th (weather permitting), the landlord will be renovating the parking in the front and re-paving.

Due to this, we will be asking that all members park in the back. There are a few locations you can park and enter through the front (sidewalk will stay open) and the back (we put a sign on our door).

We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience! However after this step, construction shouldn’t disrupt our part of the plaza. If you need to reschedule during this time, please call the gym or contact Sophia.
