Learn a skill or a sport or anything active you ENJOY.

Lemons can sometimes be an overhyped food, but they are at the heart of it all genuinely good for you. No, they are not a “magical” fruit with the ability to shed pounds off of people. They are, however, loaded with antioxidants and are great for adding to water to assist with a greater intake in liquids. That being said, lemons are definitely something to try in your diet. Carrots were once believed to give people better vision, and this was from the US wanting to protect the radar system they used to fight German aircraft in WWII. However, this is not the case. Yes they do contain vitamin A which helps corneal clarity, but they will not give you super human vision. Although who’s to say you can’t give them a try regardless?

The heath benefits are plenty enough alone to justify eating these regularly, especially considering they have been linked to preventative care in things such as heart attacks and cancers.
