Our **1st Annual CYA Coyotes Cheer Camp** was an absolute BLAST! 🎉

Over the course of two fun-filled days, these athletes:

✨ Learned a cheer and a dance
✨ Performed for their families
✨ Made new friends, built confidence, and shared LOTS of laughs!

🎉🐺 COYOTES CHEER CAMP 2026 IS HERE! 🐺🎉

We know this is a little last minute, and we apologize for the quick turnaround! Between busy schedules, summer plans, family vacations, and coaches heading out of town, we wanted to make sure we could still squeeze in an awesome camp before everyone scattered for the summer! ☀️🏖️

And trust us... it's going to be worth it! 💙🤍

Join us July 5-6 from 5:30-7:30 PM at Candor Central School (outside) for TWO nights packed with:

✨ Dance
✨ Stunt Drills

Whether you're brand new to cheer or have years of experience, this camp is designed for ALL skill levels and ALL athletes!

One thing we never want to tell our athletes is that they’ve aged out of something they love.

As our program continues to grow, we are starting to explore the possibility of adding an 18U team for older athletes. We would love to create a place where athletes can continue cheering, building skills, competing, and being part of this program even as they get older.

Our goal has always been to offer a strong competitive experience while still keeping the supportive, family-like environment that makes this program so special.

Our program is a club sport, which means athletes are able to participate in school sports at the same time. We understand how busy schedules can be and do our best to work with families while still maintaining a committed and competitive team environment.

Right now we are simply gathering interest as we look ahead to next season. If you have an athlete who may be interested in an 18U competitive cheer team, please take a moment to fill out the short interest survey below.

Sharing this post is also greatly appreciated so we can reach athletes who may be looking for an opportunity like this. We are excited about the possibility of continuing to grow this program and creating even more opportunities for athletes in our community.

🔥 COYOTE PRIDE ON FULL DISPLAY! 🔥

Our CYA Coyotes Cheerleaders took the mat at the 2026 Schuyler Hyer Memorial Competition in Bath last weekend, and WOW—what a day it was! All four teams delivered powerful, impressive performances that made our entire CYA family proud!

🏆 Cadets kicked things off with a FIRST PLACE finish! These girls are learning the love of cheer, and they absolutely showed it on the mat with an outstanding performance!

🥈 Beta Team earned an incredible SECOND PLACE, finishing less than a point away from first due to a technicality. These athletes have already overcome it and are more fired up than ever—ready to dominate the mat!

🥇 Gamma Team brought home FIRST PLACE—and have you seen that pyramid?! 🔥👏

👑 Alpha Team delivered an amazingly strong FIRST PLACE performance and swept the competition with GRAND CHAMPION honors!

💙 The Schuyler Hyer Award, given to one standout from each team who shines with excitement, positivity, and true love for cheer, was awarded to:

Congratulations, girls—we are so proud of you!

We could not be more proud of every single athlete and team for the way they represented CYA and took the mat last weekend.

📣 TONIGHT our Coyotes will be performing immediately following the Varsity Basketball game (HOME)! We would LOVE for the community to come out and cheer them on!
