Huge congratulations to our Camp Verde Cowboys Softball team on being honored with the 2A Conference Sportsmanship Award by all of the 2A officials! What an incredible honor for our program! 💙🤠🥎

This award means so much because it speaks volumes about the character, respect, heart, and integrity these girls show every single time they step onto the field. Winning games is exciting, but being recognized for sportsmanship and the way our team carries themselves is something truly special.

We could not be more proud of these athletes for representing Camp Verde with class, toughness, and respect all season long. Thank you to our players, coaches, parents, and supporters for continuing to build a program that stands for more than just softball.

We may not have won on the scoreboard in the Quarterfinals of state playoffs, but these girls won in our hearts today! They fought hard against a tough team and never backed down from a single challenge all game long. These girls left everything out on the field today!

What these girls have shown all season has made a statement across the state — that a small-town country school is ready to battle with anyone and will never give up! We could not be more proud of the hard work, dedication, heart, and grit these athletes have put in all year long.

As our season comes to an end, we want these girls to know how proud we are of them. The grind never stops… it’s back to work, and bring on 2027 because the Camp Verde Cowboys are here to stay at the top!

Thank you to all of our supporters and fans this season — you truly showed what small-town pride is all about! From packing the stands, traveling to away games, cheering loud, and always believing in our girls, we appreciate every single one of you.
