Reese went 4-1 today with a NEVER QUIT attitude. She got to hang with Haidyn who did well for herself today as well. Great job to both girls and getting the unofficial season kicked off. Many other Shamrocks will be hitting the mat over the next couple of weeks. “We Coming!” - Coach Prime

Pre Season has started! Coach Eliana went back to the basics today! Stance, position, proper technique and lots of stance and motion. Championships are won and lost with good stance and good position. Check out comments of Claire and Abby taking on the rope!! They both crushed it!
