The best thing I ever did after becoming a mom was take care of me.
I love all things FALL!! With the kids going back to school it felt like a fresh start like a JANUARY 1st.
After maintaining, winging it and doing random workouts this summer. I decided it was time to get back on track. I decided to do a 3 week fitness program and follow my simple nutrition program to get back on track.
I have been doing these workouts for almost 5 years now. When I commit to a program, go all in and do the dam thing, I feel better, have more energy and am more confident.
After having kids, I was taking care of 3 kids under 3, laundry, meals and doing all things but nothing for me!
I was drained, postpartum is one of the hardest things both mentally and physically. I did not feel like myself, had 30lbs pounds of baby weight to lose. I knew that I needed to lose the weight to feel better.
It wasn’t about me anymore, I wanted to get healthy for them, and happy about myself.
After our last vacation this summer, I pressed play and committed to 3 weeks! 3 weeks of working out 7 days a week, drinking a superfood shake and eating clean, portion control meals.
I know taking care of me isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. My fist 21 day program showed me that these programs not only produce results, that they are simple to follow and convenient.
I keep going, doing the newest program, and pushing play everyday because I love how they make me feel. These programs are much more than just workouts and shakes ( which are amazing, btw!) There is also the community, friendships and they make me a happy mom.
