Writing, like Tai Chi, begins scattered, aimless, incoherent. In time, if done honestly, it becomes clear and direct. Tai Chi is the same. At first you forget what comes next; you stumble and get lost. Practice in earnest and the movements begin to reveal themselves.

My neice Josie is hooked on field hockey. At only 13 y.o. she's got a long list of physical pursuits. Field hockey, dance, martial arts and a musical instrument. She's also incredibly humble, caring and coachable. I couldn't be more honored and proud to be her aunt.
