Free flowin 🪴🌞

What I didn’t realize is how much my practice would change once I became a yoga teacher.

My practice def looks different than it did before.

My practice nowadays looks like reading a book about different yoga styles or learning how to sequence or learning more about Ayurveda.

My practice is sitting at the park with my cat, eating a delicious meal without distractions, waking up in the morning with so many thank yous and by being present, just being in the moment.

I remember I would always wait for my yoga classes to feel that sense of peace and clarity, becoming a yoga teacher is teaching me to live my practice ✨
