It was not hormones.

It was structure.

She was eating plant based. She was eating clean. She was eating in a deficit. She was doing the work.

Plant based women over 40 are not getting enough protein.

That is the gap.

You are eating clean. You are eating salads. You are doing the beans and the greens.

But the protein is missing. And without it your body is starving for what you are not giving it.
