So many of us, and specially women, struggle with impostor syndrome. Whether it’s in our professional life or even when we show up to create a new habit, like working out… we still identify with the person that perhaps isn’t consistent, while trying to create consistency. Step into the identity that you’re wanting to embody and assume it fully. Watch the inner critic, she may still try to voice old narratives, but you still forge forward. Women can lose 3-8% of muscle mass per decade after the age of 30… And unfortunately, your daily walk won’t stop it. What’s on your bucket list of places to visit? I took this trip over the summer to spend some one on one time with my parents. They had plans to visit Italy so I joined for some of their trip and so happy I did. I feel we spend less and less time as adults with parents, truly dedicating time to them, so this was special.

A long time ago, when someone wrote a review about a hotel’s gym, I used to think “who’s even going to the gym on vacation”. Now, I get so excited about a nice hotel gym and working out is one of my favorite things on vacation. Nothing much replaces the feeling of caring for yourself.

Working on a NEW batch of recipes that I’m so excited to share.

Instructions - on a large chopping board place:
12oz pre-cooked chicken
1 dill pickle
2 boiled eggs
1/2 small red onion
Salt + Pepper to preference
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp yogurt mayo
1 cucumber hollowed with a spoon

Chop up, mix well, and add mixture to hollowed cucumber.
Top off with chili flakes or your fave toppings
